Here I go! On my way to Peru!
It is going to be a long trip LOL.
Today is 30th June and I'll start this adventure in Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, taking a train to London (2hr), then I'll have to go to London Heathrow (probably another extra 1 hour). I'll fly to Lima via Madrid, flying time will be (adding both London-Madrid and Madrid-Lima) 16hr! a killer! hehehe.
I'll stay visiting in Lima until Friday the 4th July when I'll be taking another flight (this time only for 1.5hr) to Arequipa, where they will pick me up in a taxi to take me to the Spanish School I'll be staying while volunteering.
The School offers accommodation to all the volunteers at the Children's Shelter and it's not too far from it, I have been told just 30mins on the bus. And that will be my first day at the Shelter! I can't wait! Looking forward to start!
Just for fun, below there are images of the whole trip! (obviously, these are just images from internet, I'll upload my own photos in future posts!). You will see the train/plane I'll be travelling on and the route for each leg of the journey, so you get to know a bit more of geography! Everyday is school day!

¡Allá que voy! ¡De camino a Perú!
¡Va a ser un viaje laaaargoooo! jejeje.
Hoy es 30 de junio y empezaré esta aventura en la estación de trenes de Manchester Piccadilly, cogiendo el tren a Londres (2hr), despues tendré que irme al aeropuerto de Heathrow (seguramente otra hora de viaje). Volaréa Lima haciendo escala en Madrid. En total volaré (incluyendo ambos vuelos Londres-Madrid y Madrid-Lima) unas 16 horas! ¡Mortal! jajaja.
Me quedaré visitando Lima hasta el viernes 4 de julio, que sera cuando vuele a Arequipa (esta vez solo una hora y media), donde me recogerán en taxi para llevarme a la escuela de idiomas donde me alojaré mientras hago el voluntariado.
La escuela, donde enseñan español a extranjeros, nos ofrece el alojamiento a los voluntarios y no está muy lejos del orfanato, me han dicho que se tarda una media hora en autobús. ¡Este será mi primer día en el orfanato! ¡Que ganas de empezar tengo!
Para que os divertais, abajo os he puesto unas imágenes del viaje entero (obviamente son imágenes sacadas de internet, subiré mis propias fotos en las futuras publicaciones). Podreís ver los trenes/aviones en los que viajaré por tramos, así aprendeís un poquito mas de geografía! jejeje. Nunca te acostarás sin aprender una cosa más!
